Cookies

We use cookies in order to improve and optimise our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit our website and enable reassignment of your browser. Cookies store information, such as your language settings, the duration of your visit to our website or that you have already successfully logged in. This avoids having to re-enter all required data each time the website is accessed.

Most browsers accept cookies automatically. If you wish to prevent cookies from storing information, you can choose “do not accept cookies” in your browser settings. Refer to the instructions of your browser manufacturer to learn how this works in detail. Cookies already stored on your computer can be deleted at any time. We would like to point out, however, that using our website without cookies may entail limitations.

Use of Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyse website usage. The resulting data is used to optimize our website and advertising measures.

Google Analytics is a web-based analytics service operated and provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States). Google processes the data for website use on our behalf and is contractually obliged to take measures to ensure the confidentiality of the processed data.

During your visit to our website, the following data, among others, is recorded:

– Pages visited
– Your behaviour on the pages (for example clicks, scrolling behaviour and dwell time)
– Your approximate location (country and city)
– Your IP address (in abbreviated form, so that no clear assignment is possible)
– Technical information such as browser, Internet provider, end device and screen resolution
– Source of your visit (i.e. via which website or advertising medium you came to us)

This data is transferred to a Google server in the USA. Google complies with the data protection regulations of the « EU-US Privacy Shield » agreement.

We use Google Analytics with the extension « _anonymizeIp() ». This allows IP addresses to be processed in a shortened form, thus excluding any reference to persons. If the data collected about you contains a personal reference, this is immediately excluded and the personal data is immediately deleted.

Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for a period of two years since your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated user ID by which you can be recognised during future visits to the website.

The recorded data is stored together with the randomly generated user ID, which enables the evaluation of pseudonymous user profiles. This user-related data is automatically deleted after 14 months. Other data remains stored in aggregated form for an unlimited period of time.

If you do not agree with the collection of this data, you can prevent it by installing the browser add-on once to deactivate Google Analytics.

Social bookmarks

So-called social bookmarks (e.g., from Twitter, Facebook, Xing and LinkedIn) are integrated on our website. Social bookmarks are online bookmarks that allow users of these services to collect links and news items. These are only integrated on our website as a link to the corresponding services. After clicking on the integrated graphic, you will be redirected to the page of the respective provider, i.e., only then will user information be transmitted to the respective provider. Please refer to the respective data privacy policy of the provider for information on the handling of your personal data when using these websites.

Your rights

Upon request, we will inform you in writing, in accordance with applicable law, whether or not we have stored personal data about you, and if so, which personal data this entails. You may also contact us at no cost with any questions regarding the collection, processing, or use of your personal data and their correction, blocking, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. We will respond to all reasonable requests free of charge and as soon as possible in accordance with applicable law. Furthermore, we would like to point out that you are entitled to the correction of incorrect data or deletion of personal data as long as this right is not prevented by any legal obligation to retain data.

To claim your rights, please contact info@sisto-aseptic.com or in writing
