Wolfgang Laser, Geschäftsführer der SISTO Armaturen S.A., beschrieb den Neubau, dessen Gesamtkosten einschließlich des Umzugs rund sieben Millionen Euro betragen. Das neue Werk ermöglicht es SISTO, die Produktion zu verdoppeln. Zudem wurde das ursprüngliche nationale Industriegebiet durch ein Gemeindesyndikat mit acht Gemeinden auf regionaler Basis erweitert. The laying of the foundation stone for the new SISTO Armaturen S.A. plant in Echternach was attended by prominent guests, including Minister of Economic Affairs Henri Grethen, Mayor Jos Scheuer and the President of SNCI Luxembourg, Georges Schmit. Wolfgang Laser, Managing Director of SISTO Armaturen S.A., described the new building, the total cost of which, including the relocation, is around seven million euros.
