Drei Jahre später lief die Produktion der thermisch gesteuerten Kondensatableiter an, deren Verkaufserfolg so groß war, dass die Produktion innerhalb kurzer Zeit von 1.000 auf 3.000 Stück monatlich anstieg. Im Jahr 1963 wurde dem Werk in Mersch von der Stammgesellschaft KSB auch die Anfertigung von Membranventilen zugewiesen, was weitere Investitionen erforderlich machte und die dritte Aufbaustufe einleitete. Diese war gekennzeichnet durch die Errichtung einer neuen Lagerhalle, die Erweiterung der mechanischen Werkstatt und die Errichtung einer Regalstapelanlage für Halbfertigfabrikate. Danach wurde der Aufbauprozess mit der Errichtung einer neuen thermischen Zentrale abgeschlossen. Insgesamt wurden 90% der Produktion an schwimmgesteuerten Kondensatableitern, thermisch gesteuerten Kondensatableitern sowie verschiedenen Typen von Ventilen in die EWG-Länder exportiert. Three years later, the production of thermally controlled steam traps was launched, the sales success of which was so great that the production rose from 1,000 to 3,000 units per month within a short space of time. In 1963, the parent company KSB also assigned the production of diaphragm valves to the plant in Mersch, which necessitated further investments and initiated the third expansion phase. This was characterised by the construction of a new warehouse, the expansion of the mechanical workshop and the installation of a rack stacking system for semi-finished products. Afterwards, the construction process was completed with the erection of a new thermal centre. 90% of the production of floating steam traps, thermally controlled steam traps and various types of valves were exported to EEC countries.
