8 I 100 JAHRE SISTO |....ı....| 100 YEARS SISTO Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, im Mittelpunkt der Außendarstellung von SISTO stehen oft die großartigen und zuverlässigen Produkte, die das Unternehmen im Laufe seiner 100-jährigen Geschichte entwickelt hat. Während meiner siebenjährigen Tätigkeit als Geschäftsführer des Unternehmens konnte ich jedoch erfahren, dass es vor allem die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind, die SISTO zu dem machen, was unsere Kunden schätzen und was SISTO immer wieder voranbringt. Zuverlässigkeit, Verbindlichkeit, Engagement, Flexibilität, Offenheit für Neues und Innovationsgeist sind die Eigenschaften, die mir hierzu als erstes einfallen. Ladies and Gentlemen, SISTO’s external image often centres on the great and reliable products that the company has developed over the course of its 100-year history. However, during my seven years as Managing Director of the company, I have learnt that it is above all the employees who make SISTO what our customers value and what keeps SISTO moving forward. Reliability, commitment, dedication, flexibility, openness to new ideas and a spirit of innovation are the qualities that first come to mind.
